Advertising Sales Manager
Generous commission Uncapped OTE. Company Share Options.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in online ad sales or mobile advertising in the UK and worldwide. We're looking for an energetic and enthusiastic self-starter who is pro-active in creating and growing a client base in this exciting fast paced market sector.
As an Ad Sales Manager for Admoda you are passionate about mobile media and the mobile internet. You have experience of online ad networks, ad-serving technologies, and other emerging media platforms. You possess excellent communication skills enabling you to build strong working relationships. Always striving to improve, you have a desire to learn and identify best practice. Candidates must be results-driven, have strong analytical skills and be committed to finding and creating new business opportunities for Admoda, the worlds fastest growing mobile ad network.
As an Ad Sales Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
Prospecting, acquiring and growing new accounts, closing business
Pitching new business by phone directly to advertisers and advertising agencies
Creating and managing an account list of advertisers using our CRM software
Identifying and understanding trends within client markets and industries
Thoroughly understanding and learning the Ad Serving and Ad Management platform we operate
Meeting quarterly target quota deliverables
Updating and creating online media advertising proposals
Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Demonstrated experience in online media advertising, Internet Ad networks, including Web banner ad sales - CPM, CPC.
Phone based online ad sales experience, with a history of demonstrable high performance
Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at the executive management level
Knowledge/experience of Mobile Internet, Mobile Advertising, and the Mobile Content and Mobile Entertainment Market
Experience of using online admin interfaces to create and manage ad campaigns for clients
Enviable IT skills
Experience of working within a small dynamic company
The drive, ambition, and confidence to understand and appreciate the merits of commission based selling
